God’s Word is very clear on our call as Christians to care for orphans. WECC’s newly formed Adoption Ministry is founded on that call. The Adoption Ministry’s two main goals are (1) to support orphaned children around the world through prayer, donations, and mission trips; and (2) to encourage church members to adopt via prayer and financial support.

Thanks to the benevolence of a WECC member with a heart for adoption, the Adoption Ministry has the means to award grants of $1,000 - $5,000 to WECC families who are in the process of adoption.

WECC is blessed to have several adoptive families in our congregation already, and our hope is to expand those numbers. If you have any questions about the purpose of the Adoption Ministry, becoming involved, donating, or applying for a grant, please contact Nicole Jordan.
