Leaders & Parents

YWECC is blessed with wonderful volunteers who weekly give of their time to serve and love our kids. Our leaders are the most vital part to the YWECC ministry. From Sunday Mornings, to D Groups, to Outreach, our volunteer leaders are crossing the invisible line that exists between the world of the adult and the world of the teenager. Each week the YWECC volunteers invest hours with kids, sharing their life experiences and cheering youth on in their journey with God. We are truly grateful to have them!

Bobby & Adrienne Freeman

Bobby & Adrienne Freeman:

Bobby is our only Nashville native. He graduated from Brentwood High School then headed down to Auburn, for undergrad where he  met his wife Adrienne. After attending West End for several years, Bobby came on staff in September 2009 as Youth Director.  He loves sports, the outdoors & any game that includes dynamite!  Adrienne grew up in Columbus, GA and later found her way to Auburn as well.  Adrienne helps out with the YWECC girls’ d-groups & keeps an eye on Bobby and the boys to make sure they stay out of trouble.  She works at Harpeth Pediatrics in Cool Springs & loves raising their son, Charlie.  Adrienne enjoys the snow skiing, the lake & can rock climb with the best of them.  She’s said to have the skills of a Spider Monkey & has been rumored to have wrestled an alligator into submission in college!  Adrienne is always up for a little adventure!

Josh & Lori Sesler

Josh & Lori Sesler:

Josh spent his childhood moving around, but finally landed in Cleveland, TN. He attended undergrad at Tennessee Tech, then got his masters at Virginia Tech.  Josh is wicked smart & has been dubbed the YWECC scientist.  He now works at DSM, a small engineering firm in Franklin, where he gets to work with some of his closest friends.  Lori grew up in Sugarland, TX and went to college at Texas A&M.  After a two year stint as the women’s clothing buyer at Cumberland Transit, she now enjoys being a full time mom to their baby girl, Lyla – the youngest member of YWECC.  Josh & Lori met while working at K-Colorado (Kanakuk Kamp) in college & enjoy sharing their love for the outdoors (camping, rafting, hiking, - you name it, they’ve done it) with the YWECC students.

Seth Cole

Seth Cole:

Seth is our Georgia boy and proud of it. He graduated from North Georgia College & State University and then got his MBA at Mercer. He works as a commercial banker at Nashville Bank and Trust. But his favorite things to do are watch UGA football, spend time with his lovely wife Mary Beth, bird hunt with his dogs Cotton & Annabelle, skeet shoot & of course spend time with the youth at WECC.

Holly Anderson

Holly Anderson:

Holly went to MTSU and got a degree in Mass Communications. Now she leads a double life working at Sony Music Nashville during the day and working on her nursing degree at night.  Holly is responsible for catching YWECC on film for the website & possible blackmail?! J She loves nature, water, knitting, sewing, reading, and food…but most of all, she loves people.

Dana McIntosh

Dana McIntosh:

Dana is from Cleveland, TN and went to college at the University of Tennessee. She is now a 3rd grade teacher for the Metro School system. When she’s not in the classroom, Dana enjoys throwing leaves in the air, reading at coffee shops, being outside, eating out with friends, and playing Scrabble, and like any true SEC girl, loves watching football. She also has one of the world’s greatest laughs… seriously.

Craig Anderson

Craig Anderson:

Craig is originally from Chicago and has been walking with the Lord since he was a child. He has been married to the lovely Valerie since 1992 and they have two kids in YWECC, Drew and Chloe. Craig now works at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and spends his free time reading, doing Ebay, and (like any good Chicago native) cheering for his Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks.

Sarah Burros

Sarah Burros:

Sarah is originally from Roslyn, NY but liked Nashville so much that she stayed after graduating from Vandy. She now works from Metro Public Schools as a Behavior Specialist. When she’s not hanging out with the YWECC students, Sarah loves being outside, spending time with friends, eating at ethnic restaurants, hunting down a good shopping deal, and playing Scrabble. Sarah recently got engaged, so be sure to tell her congratulations!

Julieann Kearns

Julieann Kearns:

Julieann is the Youth Admin Assistant. She is from Tuscaloosa, AL, but saw the light and went to Auburn. Julieann loves the lake, reading, anything outside, her yellow lab “Trooper”, and educating the WECC office staff on the superiority of SEC football. But her real talent lies in her ability to sing “Amazing Grace” to 6 different tunes, including but not limited to the Brady Bunch song and of course “Sweet Home Alabama”. Julieann’s first album will be hitting stores soon.

julie k

Julie Keltonic

Julie gets to spend her summer hanging out with our awesome YWECC girls, so her life pretty much rocks. Julie grew up in Maryland, outside of Washington, DC. After meeting her husband David at James Madison University in Virginia they moved to Nashville in 2008 so Julie could start breaking in to Nashville's music scene. She now splits her time between writing hit songs, working on writing her children's book series, writing greeting cards, and selling amazing cupcakes at IveyCake in downtown Franklin. Her greatest aspiration is to glorify God in having others praise the Lord to her music! Julie loves pizza (especially Pie in the Sky), photography, going through car washes, beat-boxing, water skiing, laughing, and the color pink.
