Design and Content Support Specialist

We’re hiring a Design and Content Support Specialist to join our Communications Team at West End Community Church. This role is an opportunity for someone who loves to tell meaningful stories through design, is passionate about clear and intentional communication, and desires to use their creative gifts to serve the church and glorify God. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and a self-starter excited to contribute to a growing ministry rooted in sharing the hope of the gospel. Guys Coordinator

Reports to: Youth Director

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)

Location: Nashville, TN

West End Community Church is hiring a Junior High Guys Coordinator to help grow a strong, Christ-centered community for 7th and 8th grade students. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in relational ministry, enjoys mentoring, and has a passion for helping young men grow in their faith. The role includes leading small groups, shepherding students through one-on-one connection, and partnering with volunteer leaders to build a supportive and engaging environment. We're looking for someone who is spiritually mature, team-oriented, and excited to continue bringing creativity and consistency to junior high ministry.
