Girls Coordinator

Reports to: Youth Director

Hours: Sun – Thurs (may vary based on planned activities)

Location: Nashville, TN

West End Community Church is looking for a relational and committed Junior High Girls Coordinator to help disciple and lead 7th and 8th grade girls through gospel-centered ministry. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with students, supporting volunteer leaders, and creating environments where junior high girls can grow in their faith and community. The ideal candidate is passionate about student ministry, organized, and able to lead and teach with both warmth and intentionality. A heart for discipleship, strong communication skills, and a commitment to serving within the church are essential. The role includes leading small groups, shepherding students through one-on-one connection, and partnering with volunteer leaders to build a supportive and engaging environment.
