Answer:
Yes, because Christ’s death on the cross fully paid the penalty for our sin, God will remember our sins no more.

When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So he began teaching them many things.
Talk about it together
Jesus was teaching his followers when a man asked, “What must I do to have eternal life?” Jesus pointed him to God’s Word, which says, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
The man then asked, “Who is my neighbor?” Jesus answered by telling a story. A man was traveling on the road to Jericho when robbers attacked him. They stole his belongings, hurt him badly, and left him beside the road. A priest walked by and did not stop to help. Later, another religious leader passed by but kept going.
Then a Samaritan came along. Samaritans and Jews did not usually get along, but the Samaritan felt compassion for the injured man. He stopped to help, cared for his wounds, and took him to a safe place where he could recover.
When Jesus finished the story, he asked, “Who was a neighbor to the man who was hurt?” The man answered, “The one who showed him kindness and mercy.” Jesus replied, “Go and do the same.”
Jesus teaches us to love and care for others, even people who may be different from us. We can show kindness, mercy, and compassion because Jesus first showed those things to us. We are like the man on the side of the road. We needed rescue from sin, and God sent Jesus to save us. Because of his great love for us, we can share that same love with others.
