West End is looking for a full-time employee with a passion for connecting people to the offerings of our church and skills to oversee specific processes involved in membership and community groups.  This role includes welcoming and following up with visitors, administrating the membership process by inviting individuals to attend Discovery, preparing the space for the class, and assisting individuals with the steps of membership in the church.  In addition, this person would provide support to community groups, connecting new people to existing groups and helping to identify and train new leaders.  Finally, this position will work as part of the Engagement team to offer church-wide events.
