A Family-Friendly-Centered Church in Nashville

Where Families Grow in Faith, Together

At West End Community Church, we believe that families thrive when they grow in Christ together. Whether you're a couple with young children, a single parent, or a multigenerational household, West End is a family-friendly church in Nashville that provides spiritual support for every age and stage.

From nursery care on Sunday mornings to teen discipleship and parenting resources, we are committed to walking alongside your family as you raise the next generation in faith.

Why Families Choose West End

In a city as dynamic and diverse as Nashville, it can be hard to find a church that speaks to the whole family. At West End, you’ll find:

  • Safe and engaging programs for children of all ages

  • Vibrant youth ministry built on relationships and gospel truth

  • Support for parents and caregivers, from new babies to empty nests

  • Family events, service projects, and community gatherings

  • A convenient West Nashville location with ample parking and security

We serve families across Belle Meade, Green Hills, The Nations, Sylvan Park, and beyond. Whether you're new to town or looking to reengage with your faith, your family is welcome here.

Kids Ministry: Planting Seeds of Faith

Our Kids Ministry is more than babysitting—it's a place where kids encounter Jesus through age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, crafts, and play. We believe even the youngest children can learn about God’s love in a meaningful way.

  • Nursery (0–2 years): Loving, attentive care in a clean and secure environment

  • Preschool (2–5 years): Bible stories, songs, and crafts that reinforce faith-based values

  • Elementary (K–5th grade): Interactive lessons, Scripture memory, and community building

  • Special Needs Accommodations: We aim to support all children and families

Safety is our top priority. All volunteers are background-checked and trained, and check-in is required for every child.

Youth Ministry: Discipleship for Teens

Middle and high school can be tough. That’s why our Youth Ministry (JrHi & SrHi) offers students a place to ask questions, develop friendships, and explore the gospel in a setting that’s fun, real, and deeply rooted in truth.

  • Weekly Youth Gatherings with worship, games, and teaching

  • Small Groups that foster peer-to-peer discipleship

  • Service Projects and local mission work

  • Annual Retreats and Summer Trips to build faith and community

Whether your student is new to church or already growing in faith, they’ll find a welcoming and engaging space at West End.

Supporting Parents on the Journey

At West End, we don’t just support children, we equip parents. Parenting in today’s world can be overwhelming. We’re here to provide biblical guidance, emotional encouragement, and practical resources through every season of family life.

  • Parenting Classes on discipline, faith formation, and family rhythms

  • Marriage Enrichment Events and mentoring

  • Mom’s Groups and Dads’ Discipleship Circles

  • Family Counseling & Support through our care ministries

We believe the church is at its best when it strengthens the home.

Faith is not just something we teach—it's something we live, side-by-side with the people of our city.
