Day 4: 2025 Belfast
Gathering together
During our morning devotional, Laura energized us with a discussion of how our identity in Christ can lead us to people and places we never thought we would encounter. Our Savior turns chaos into peace. It was a breath of fresh air to hear and talk about how placing our identity fully in Christ can lead us to the peace we all long for! We enjoyed breakfast as a team and looked forward to another fruitful day here in Belfast.
At the inner-city conference hosted by Grace & Hope Church, Peter and Dave spoke about the impact of planting churches. We learned about the history of West Kirk Church and how they began working with Grace & Hope. Dave did an amazing job leading us in a devotional and reminding us that in order to scatter and spread the Gospel to others, we need to first gather together as God’s children. It was truly a gift to hear Dave bring God’s Word to life!
After lunch, we went to the Titanic Museum and stood on the exact spot where the ship was built! Our team enjoyed learning new facts about the Titanic and seeing some of the artifacts discovered on the bottom of the ocean. From there, we headed to West Kirk for dinner and fellowship with our team and the kids from the singer/songwriter workshop! Charlie did a great job pouring into the kids interested in learning more about all things music. It was a successful first day of the workshop, and we’re all eager for the rest of the week!

With the number of kids who showed up for the Singer/Songwriter workshop that didn’t even attend West Kirk and in the kids brave enough to come and invite their friends!
In the stories of all who were part of the Titanic history, which still impacts and moves people today
