Day 4: 2025 Ireland

Worship and testimonies
Wednesday began with a team meeting led by Stephen Kohl, who opened with God’s Word and encouraged us to start the day grounded in Christ!
The West End ladies spent the day at the beautiful Brittas Bay women’s center located on the beach in County Wicklow. Christina, Robin, Jessie, Shannon, and Anastasia delivered testimonies, Bible truths, and heaps of hope and encouragement to the residents. We decorated journals with the ladies and learned how to make macrame bookmarks. The craft time allowed us to connect more personally with the residents as we worked side by side. To conclude the day, we walked on the beach, collected stones, and built a monument of remembrance in a rocky alcove. We ended with each West End woman praying for the Tiglin ladies. We thanked God for his provision in bringing them to Tiglin and asked him to guide and direct their future steps. We hope our time with the ladies helps them see just how much God loves them, and how much we do too!
The men joined the residents from the men’s center for an outing to Avondale Treetop Park. Surrounded by Ireland’s stunning forests, we walked the treetop paths, laughed together, and had incredible conversations. It was a time of connection, encouragement, and seeing God’s beauty in creation while deepening relationships with the men we’ve been ministering to all week.
Last night was also special! We held our Night of Worship and Testimonies, and the Lord kindly blessed all who attended. Our team and the residents gathered to sing, share stories of God’s grace, and lift up his name together. The Spirit’s presence was evident as lives were encouraged, and Christ was glorified.
HOW WE’VE SEEN GOD AT WORK:
Hearing story after story of God’s faithfulness during the Night of Worship and Testimonies
In the openness and hunger for hope among the women at the center
Through the beauty of creation at Avondale Treetop Park and the fruitful conversations among the men
In the unity and joy of Christ’s body across every setting
prayer requests:
The seeds of gospel truth planted last night and today will grow into faith and life everlasting
Ongoing strength and health for our team, and peace for our families back home
Boldness and clarity as we proclaim Christ, and for God to be glorified in every conversation
Safety as we travel next into the heart of Dublin to serve at the Lighthouse, Tiglin’s soup kitchen
